This order policy document governs the orders you place on https://manoharlal.com officially registered as Manohar Lal Sarraf & Sons Jewellers Private Limited, also known as Manohar Lal Jewellers. By reading this, you signify your assent to be bound by the terms and conditions as mentioned in this order policy document.
Once we receive the order, an order confirmation email along with a delivery timeline will be sent to you. In order to keep you informed, timely updates on your preferred communication mode- text or email will be sent.

There are certain areas that may be beyond our reach, but we make every effort to deliver our promise of purity at your doorstep wherever you may be.

We work hard to ensure the product reaches you at your doorstep within 20-25 days (for customized orders) and within 3-7 days (for ready-to-ship orders).
To ensure the parcel is in correct hands, delivery agents or the shipping company may ask you for a valid Identity proof before handing over the parcel.
The delivery agent will try to deliver the parcel 2 times before it is returned to the head office of the shipping company. In case the recipient refuses to collect the parcel due to certain reasons, the parcel will be returned to our head office.
Once we receive the item/s, our customer executive will authenticate the item/s and get in touch with you. Post that a refund or a credit note will be generated.
The item can only be returned due to the following reasons:
if there is any issue with the size of the product
if the product is damaged or defected at the time of delivery.
if there is a missing piece or pieces from the product delivered.
if the product delivered is wrong.
For late deliveries, a ticket will be opened for the customers and they will be informed regarding the same accordingly.
The item cannot be returned and refunded for reasons such as:
"DON'T need it anymore".
"Don't like the design"
"It arrived late"
if the product delivered is wrong.
You will need to submit a product image mentioning the reason for returning the product to into@manoharlal.com
The person receiving the parcel is not authorized.
The delivered package is not in a good condition.
He/she does not want/need the package anymore.
Package delivered to the wrong address.
Orders once placed can only be canceled prior to shipment. Refer to our order cancellation policy.
Manohar Lal Sarraf and Sons Jewellers Private Limited will try to deliver all the orders diligently. Though there might be some reasons or complications that might limit our team from accomplishing your desired order or product, in such cases, our customer care team will be in touch with you from the day we receive the order.
